1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk367 ("pk367", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the pk367 website, mobile platform, gaming services, and any associated features or content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any future amendments. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pk367 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the agreement between you and pk367.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the pk367 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the pk367 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the pk367 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pk367 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate, lawful, or available in all locations. By using the Platform, you accept full personal responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws in your place of residence and access.
• Self-excluded individuals: If you have previously requested self-exclusion from pk367 or any gaming platform, you are prohibited from registering a new account until the exclusion period has formally expired.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full range of pk367 services, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the Platform.

pk367 implements Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in accordance with applicable compliance standards. You acknowledge and agree that:

• KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• pk367 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during your use of the Platform, including during the course of any withdrawal request or bonus claim.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of request may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed.
• All personal information submitted in connection with KYC is handled in accordance with the pk367 Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pk367 account credentials. pk367 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify pk367 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

pk367 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20.

The following terms apply to deposits on the pk367 Platform:

• The minimum single deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit on standard methods; for large deposits, pk367 may request source-of-funds documentation.
• All funds deposited must belong to you and be sourced from a payment method registered in your name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited.
• pk367 does not charge processing fees on standard PKR deposit methods. Third-party charges imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside pk367's control.
• pk367 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit where it is suspected of being fraudulent, sourced from an unsupported method, or in violation of these Terms.
• Deposited funds are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash except via a formal withdrawal request from your registered account.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from a verified pk367 account will be processed in accordance with the following terms:

• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to processing. Unverified accounts may place bets but cannot request withdrawal until verification is approved.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• pk367 target processing times are: JazzCash/Easypaisa — within 2–4 hours; bank transfer — within 24 hours; USDT TRC20 — within 1–2 hours. These times are targets and not contractual guarantees.
• pk367 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is large or account activity is unusual. This may extend processing time.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not form part of any withdrawal calculation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk367 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, or other incentives to registered users. All such promotional offers are subject to individual promotional terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus winnings.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used and returned first in all gaming transactions, after which bonus funds are applied.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before any associated bonus or bonus winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements vary per promotion and are stated in the applicable offer terms.
• pk367 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including creating multiple accounts, placing qualifying bets and then hedging, or other manipulative strategies — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the pk367 Platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product type (sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, keno). These product-specific rules are available within each game or betting market on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk367 does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation except in circumstances explicitly provided for in product-specific rules.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a game or betting outcome, pk367 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• pk367 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict certain markets, or decline specific wagers at its sole discretion without notice.
• Obvious pricing errors — including but not limited to manifestly incorrect odds due to data feed failures — will be voided. Any winnings resulting from a manifest error are not payable.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk367 Platform. Breach of any prohibition constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, voiding of winnings, and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place wagers;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the pk367 Platform;
• Use of stolen, cloned, or third-party payment credentials;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Any other conduct that pk367 reasonably determines to be abusive, harmful, or contrary to the spirit of fair gaming.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk367 Platform, including but not limited to the pk367 brand name and logo, game content, software, text, graphics, interface design, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of pk367 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk367 Platform without prior written authorisation from pk367.

10. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the pk367 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. pk367 implements SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission and follows industry-standard data security practices.

11. Responsible Gaming

pk367 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that support players in managing their gaming behaviour. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pk367 users at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on PKR deposits into your pk367 account. Limits apply immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Wager limits: Restrict the maximum amount wagered per session or per day.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when your session reaches a specified duration.
• Cooling-off period: Suspend account access for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk367 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

pk367's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude pk367's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

pk367 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account, with or without notice, where pk367 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• The registered user is under 18 years of age;
• KYC documentation provided is false, expired, or otherwise unacceptable;
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require account restriction.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, pk367 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including both real-money and bonus funds. In cases of closure due to regulatory requirements unrelated to user breach, verified account balances will be returned to the user via the original deposit method within a reasonable period.

14. Amendments to Terms

pk367 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the registered email address or via a notice displayed within the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pk367's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact pk367 support in the first instance to seek resolution. pk367 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe. Where informal resolution is not achieved, the parties may refer the matter to a mutually agreed neutral dispute resolution mechanism.
